Bay Point Country Homes. Ping Construction started the development of Bay Point Country Homes in the Fall of 1988.  Since then, Scott has built 7 custom town homes on Whitefish Lake and two residential homes.
Several custom town homes are still available.  These homes are built on a very private lot with an included boat slip and beach access.
